Delivery Policy

PAYMENT

Three payment methods are available to our customers:

Credit Card:  We accept Visa & Mastercard paid directly to us through the secure checkout system.

Credit Card Over the Phone:  We accept Visa & Mastercard via a phone payment during business hours.

Cash on Delivery: We accept cash on delivery. For large orders a small deposit may be required.

 

DELIVERY

We pride ourselves on getting the delivery to you as close as possible to time requested. We usually allow a 10min window either way of the requested time. If we a running more than 15minutes late we will call to notify you, but this rarely happens.

If you require delivery outside our delivery times please give us a call on 5445 6111 to see if your requested time can be arranged.

TAX INVOICE

An itemised Tax Invoice is included in an email after the delivery has been placed. An invoice can be supplied on delivery as well if requested. All prices quoted are GST inclusive.
